Depending on the form, we may collect your full name, email address, phone number, mailing address, or other details needed to book your appointment. Client information is securely stored in our CRM for access by members of our team, and is never sold to third parties.

We use information about you to inform your therapist, schedule your appointment, share information about upcoming offerings, or bill you for a small group program.
